Shockwave  

Shockwave is a high intensity interval training, this circuit challenge uses unique water rower machine to provide short-burst, high intensity, calorie burning intervals along with functional strength and sculpting.

ABS, BUTTS & BOSU

This classes focus on strengthening and toning your abs, butts and thighs.

BOXING

Improve your core strength with one of our Boxing classes and develop skills in boxing techniques and drills. Can you handle it? The class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.
