Supervised active play - based fitness for the pre-schooler. A high energy, non-stop, fun filled session with a focus on fun and participation. We use a great range of equipment to keep up interest and enjoyment. Mum and Dad can have a workout while the kids do too!
Bring your water bottle and towel. We have a high energy fun filled session that includes stretches, strength, cardio and team based fitness. Extra tips on nutrition and healthy habits are included to help the kids create some great habits for the rest of their lives. A great session to compliment any existing sporting commitments. For children aged 5 – 14yrs - Encourages social interaction, strength, co-ordination, hand-eye movement, and physical activity. Kids will learn correct basic technique, while working through & structured program in a controlled environment.
