Les Mills Classes

BodyAttack combines aerobics with
strength and stability exercises for an
high-intensity cardio workout for building strength
and stamina.

BodyPump is the fastest way to
shape up, lose body fat, tone your body, strengthen
muscles and boost your metabolic rate for rapid
calorie burning.

BodyStep is a high-intensity, high-energy
cardio class that uses a height-adjustable step and
simple movements on, over and around the step to
shape and tone the lower body.

BodyCombat is the empowering cardio
workout where you are totally unleashed. This
fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial
arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such
as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

BodyBalance is the Yoga, Tai Chi,
Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength
and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled
breathing, concentration and a carefully structured
series of stretches, moves and poses to music create
a holistic workout that brings the body into a state
of harmony and balance.

Freestyle Classes
We also offer freestyle classes where the
instructor creates and delivers the programme and
these classes vary in style and content depend on
the instructor:
- Spin
classes in our state-of-the-art spin room, use
stationary bikes to take you on an intense
cardio ride.
- ABT with BOSU
Kids Fitness
Keeping your little ones healthy and fit is a
priority of ours!
Our qualified trainers offer kids classes to keep
your children fit and healthy! All sessions designed
and instructed by a quality children’s fitness
instructor.
Tot-Bebop: Mondays
9:15am 3 + 4yrs only.
Supervised active play-
based fitness for the pre-schooler. A high
energy, non-stop, fun filled session with a
focus on fun and participation. We use a great
range of equipment to keep up interest and
enjoyment. Mum and Dad can have a workout while
the kids do too!
Kids Fit: Wednesday
4:30pm and Saturday 8:15am 5yrs + only.
Bring your water bottle
and towel. We have a high energy fun filled
session that includes stretches, strength,
cardio and team based fitness. Extra tips on
nutrition and healthy habits are included to
help the kids create some great habits for the
rest of their lives. A great session to
compliment any existing sporting commitments.
