Free Weights
Using free weights is effective way of improving
strength and fitness. Lifting weights improves
fitness while it burns calories, increase muscle
size, strength, power, and endurance, and increases
bone density.
Unlike weight machines, free weights don’t restrict
movement. This is great for building strength, but
it also increases the risk of injury, which is why
our friendly staff are always on hand to answer any
questions you have on technique.

Treadmills
Possibly the most popular and well-known of all
fitness machines, is the treadmill, and at The Zoo
Health & Fitness, we have plenty of the most
advanced treadmills for all our clients to use.
Spin
Room
This is the room where our Spin group fitness
classes are held.


Cardio Area
Get your heart pumping and shed those extra
kilos by using one of the many state of the art
machines in our main cardio area.

Ladies
Only Area
At The Zoo Health & Fitness, we understand that
ladies sometimes need their own space for exercising
and training, which is why we provide an area just
for that!


Crèche
If you have children, your
wellbeing starts in the The Zoo Health & Fitness
crèche. Once your child is settled into our uber-cool
and fun-filled environment, you can begin to focus
on your own health and wellbeing.
