The
12 week challenge has changed my life in huge way,
I hadn’t worn a dress in 7 years I was always too
over weight to fit into one, since doing the
challenge I m the first one to go and buy a dress,
it has given me my self esteem back, I dedicated
100% to the 12 challenge and my trainer Dale was a
100% dedicated to me, the Zoo health and fitness
staff were always there to greet you with a smile
and give you encouragement, as the program stated
100% dedication for 12 weeks will get you the
results you require and they were right . I
achieved my goal weight in the 12 weeks.

to the 12 week challenge I’ve gone from 116.3kg to
91kg which I haven't been since primary school. My
life has changed so much, I’m fitter, stronger and
healthier than ever before. I now train between 4
and 6 days per week and love it. I am now studying
to become a personal trainer, something that wasn’t
possible with the way I looked in the past. My
trainer Dale has become my mentor and regularly seek
him out for advice on new and better ways to train.

Wow I have just completed the 12 week challenge and
recommend everyone try it at least once! The 12 week
challenge gave me the kick start I needed in
achieving my health and fitness goals and confidence
within myself. I highly recommend to anyone wanting
to tone muscle, lose weight or just want a little
motivation. It changed my outlook on fitness and how
